HVAC Business Performance Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Performance Leader (BPL) for HVAC Equipment focusing on Consulting Engineer and BOD Growth in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for HVAC Equipment growth through Consulting Engineers
• Drive BOD opportunity creation and ensure CRM health and accurate tracking
• Publish quarterly segment plans and review local go-to-market strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; MBA & PE preferred
• 8+ years in HVAC equipment sales, application engineering, or consulting/specifying engineering
• Proven success in influencing basis-of-design specifications and converting them into bookings
• Strong collaboration skills with Sales and Consulting Engineer Account Executives
• Data literacy with Power BI and CRM; ability to develop action plans from performance data
