Job Summary

A company is looking for an HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and schedule customer calls for service, managing technician schedules to ensure timely completion of maintenance
  • Communicate service plans to customers and follow up to ensure satisfaction with completed work
  • Maintain accurate customer account information and assist with administrative tasks related to service operations
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two to five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or scheduling
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks based on business goals
