Job Summary
A company is looking for an HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and schedule customer calls for service, managing technician schedules to ensure timely completion of maintenance
- Communicate service plans to customers and follow up to ensure satisfaction with completed work
- Maintain accurate customer account information and assist with administrative tasks related to service operations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two to five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or scheduling
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks based on business goals
