HVAC Design Consultant

Job Summary

Helping homeowners and contractors design effective HVAC systems, the full-time HVAC Design Consultant will engage with clients remotely to understand their needs, utilize design tools to create system recommendations, and guide them through the decision-making process.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers via phone or video to assess their HVAC project requirements
• Utilize proprietary design software to develop and present tailored system recommendations
• Explain trade-offs between various system options, ensuring customers feel informed and confident in their choices

Required qualifications

• Strong ability to learn and communicate technical concepts in simple terms
• Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not required
• Proficiency with technology and software tools
• Demonstrated ability to ask insightful questions and guide conversations effectively
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement
