HVAC Designer

Job Summary

To support the design and development of mechanical systems for semiconductor and high-tech facilities, experienced HVAC Designers will work on a contract basis, focusing on developing layouts, preparing project deliverables, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop layouts and detailed designs for HVAC and mechanical systems
• Prepare project deliverables including 3D models, plans, sections, and construction documents
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure compliance with project requirements

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Computer Drafting & Design, related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC/mechanical design experience
• Experience with building mechanical systems in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing facilities
• Extensive experience with Revit and AutoCAD modeling/drafting
• Proficiency with Navisworks for model review and coordination
