HVAC Designer

Job Summary

Supporting semiconductor and high-tech facility projects, the remote HVAC Designer will utilize strong Revit and AutoCAD skills to design HVAC and mechanical systems for complex building projects on a W2 contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Design HVAC and mechanical systems for semiconductor and high-tech facilities
• Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for drafting and modeling project designs
• Ensure compliance with building codes and standards throughout the design process

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC design experience
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience with HVAC and mechanical systems design
• Familiarity with Navisworks
• Knowledge of building codes and standards
