Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Delivery Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the HVAC industry domain authority for enterprise IT, ERP, and digital programs
• Work closely with CIO, CDO, and VP-level IT leaders to shape and execute transformation roadmaps
• Advise on ERP strategy and enable core IT and digital alignment across enterprise systems

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with large HVAC OEMs such as Trane Technologies or similar organizations
• Expertise in ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, or D365
• Strong understanding of HVAC business processes and industry best practices
• Experience in technology transformation and modernization initiatives
• Ability to mentor teams on HVAC domain nuances and governance
