Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer - HVAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and script eLearning modules using Articulate 360 based on guidance from subject matter experts
• Update existing eLearning course content and produce supplementary videos as needed
• Focus on creative results in training solution development for the Customer Care Center

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in training and instruction
• Experience in developing training materials
• eLearning content development experience, preferably with tools like Articulate, Camtasia, and Vyond
• Aesthetic aptitude for content development and design
