Job Summary

A company is looking for an HVAC Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategies for their commercial HVAC product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Marketing Specialists to support marketing strategies
• Develop and execute integrated marketing communications plans for HVAC products
• Create high-impact content and coordinate with internal teams for brand consistency

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 7-10+ years of experience in B2B marketing communications, preferably in HVAC or industrial sectors
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or HubSpot
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology is a strong plus
