HVAC Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HVAC Equipment Marketing Specialist to support the MDF claims process for unitary HVAC equipment lines nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of direct MDF claims with established guidelines and brand standards
• Track MDF approvals and maintain shared tracking spreadsheets for customer allocated funds and credits
• Collaborate with various teams to support marketing initiatives and communicate claim status effectively

Required Qualifications and Education

• Ideally 5 years' experience in the trade industry
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and SharePoint
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects
• Experience in handling marketing initiatives and vendor collaborations is preferred
