Job Summary

A company is looking for an HVAC Mobile Engineer responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance for assigned properties
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring equipment operates efficiently
• Respond to emergency situations and document activities for reporting purposes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; trade school or apprenticeship preferred
• 5+ years of experience with mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Appropriate licenses or permits for trade, such as a Journeyman License
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Knowledge of energy management systems and building operations
