Job Summary

A company is looking for an HVAC Parts Technician to support the HVAC purchasing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, order, and track HVAC parts and equipment to support field operations
  • Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to understand parts requirements and urgency
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC parts, purchasing, procurement, or a related field
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and parts strongly preferred
  • Experience working with vendors and negotiating pricing is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
