HVAC Program Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for developing and executing programs to enhance sales and operational productivity, the full-time remote Agent Productivity Program Manager will collaborate with Equipment Agent partners and internal teams to standardize processes and improve field performance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison to key stakeholders, identifying opportunities to enhance field productivity
• Develop and maintain documentation and standardized operating procedures for consistency across geographies
• Organize and deliver training programs in partnership with local leadership and global teams

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry
• Demonstrated leadership experience in training, development, or program management
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with experience in developing and tracking performance metrics
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a cross-functional environment
