HVAC Project Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting customers from post-sale to project completion, the full-time hourly HVAC Project Coordinator will manage a high volume of cases, ensure timely communication, and drive a superior customer experience in a 100% remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consistent customer communication through introductory, confirmation, and close-out calls
• Act as the sole point of contact for customers, updating information and managing project expectations
• Assist with Mass Save Rebates and initiate project payments while maintaining case close times

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, such as Salesforce
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
