HVAC Project Manager
Job Summary
Managing HVAC projects from contract award through completion, the full-time HVAC Project Manager will coordinate schedules, budgets, and subcontractors while ensuring successful project delivery in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage HVAC projects from generation through closeout, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans while coordinating with clients and subcontractors
- Monitor project costs and progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective action plans as needed
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of HVAC, mechanical construction, or related project management experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and mechanical construction practices
- Understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and change-order management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience with construction/project-management software is preferred
