HVAC Quality Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the expansion of residential energy technologies, the remote full-time HVAC Quality Program Manager will build and scale a quality assurance framework, manage the QC Technician team, and ensure high-quality installations across HVAC, geothermal, and related systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality standards and documentation for HVAC, geothermal, water heater, and generator installations
• Oversee project review queues and manage the QC Tech team to ensure timely processing of approvals and rejections
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and support platform expansion for multiple technology verticals

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a technical or construction-based role with a strong foundation in residential HVAC and/or geothermal systems
• 4+ years of experience developing and operationalizing programs and SOPs
• Experience in data analytics and performance reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrixed management environment with multiple stakeholders
