Job Summary

To support a dynamic sales team, the full-time HVAC Sales Coordinator will manage incoming calls, dispatch technicians, and coordinate daily schedules while working remotely within Austin, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from technicians and manage leads across multiple departments
• Dispatch and debrief the sales team, ensuring effective communication with customers
• Organize daily schedules based on call priority and technician skill set

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• ServiceTitan experience preferred
• Experience in the home services industry is highly preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
