A company is looking for a hands-on, results-driven HVAC Sales Project Manager to manage daily operations, drive team performance, and improve sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a KPI-driven HVAC sales team
• Monitor performance metrics such as Revenue, Closing Ratio, and Profitability
• Identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to optimize sales workflows

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in Team Lead/Supervisory roles
• Experience managing sales teams, preferably in HVAC or home services
• Strong understanding of sales KPIs and conversion metrics
• Experience with CRM systems and performance dashboards
• Advanced proficiency in English and Russian
