Job Summary
Managing office support for the HVAC service department, the full-time hourly HVAC Service Coordinator will handle call intake, customer service, and administrative tasks in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate on-demand billable calls and schedule preventative maintenance visits for customers
- Manage customer service issues and ensure effective communication with service crews and clients
- Handle inbound calls for sales, confirm service visits, and follow up on proposed work
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service role; HVAC experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
