HVAC Service Quality Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure the quality and accuracy of Planned Service Agreements (PSAs), the full-time remote HVAC Service Quality Specialist will support the 180-day renewal process, conduct performance analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support the 180-Day PSA Renewal Process, ensuring adherence to prescribed renewal cadence
• Analyze PSA performance, productivity, contract health, and renewal competitiveness
• Conduct premium and above-market PSA estimate creation and quality assurance checks

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC service operations, service scheduling, or contract support
• Strong analytical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently with strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams
