Job Summary

A company is looking for an HVAC Service Manager to lead their team in providing HVAC/R services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members including Dispatchers and Service Technicians
• Oversee departmental workflows and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Manage customer and employee complaints, ensuring prompt resolution

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Supervisor or similar role in the HVAC/R industry
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems design, installation, maintenance, and repair
• Experience in managing teams effectively while maintaining high service standards
• Ability to operate as a van driver for transporting equipment and personnel
• Familiarity with plumbing systems is a plus
