Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Systems Design Consultant will engage with homeowners and contractors to design HVAC systems, utilizing proprietary software to recommend solutions that align with customer needs and preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers via phone or video to understand their HVAC project requirements and preferences
• Utilize design tools to create tailored system recommendations and explain the trade-offs involved
• Prepare clear design summaries to facilitate accurate order finalization and ensure customer confidence in their decisions

Required qualifications

• Strong ability to learn technical products and concepts related to HVAC systems
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex ideas in simple terms
• Experience in customer service or a similar customer-facing role
