HVAC Technician

Job Summary

As a full-time Building Services Technician specializing in HVAC, the candidate will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems and other building mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair commercial/industrial heating and cooling systems and other mechanical equipment
• Perform miscellaneous building repairs including electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems
• Conduct preventative maintenance routines and optimize performance of digital building automation systems

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of five years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing commercial/industrial HVAC systems
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling certification
• Knowledge of commercial/industrial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
