Job Summary

A company is looking for an HVAC Southwest Territory Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic customers through sales and marketing activities
• Monitor sales metrics and manage sales pipelines in the CRM database
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement effective sales strategies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or 5 years of Business Development/Customer Service leadership experience; Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM programs is a bonus
• Self-motivated with a passion for building customer relationships
