Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trade Services Review Specialist, HVAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and provide content for the knowledge base regarding part prediction and remote claim diagnostics
• Engage with technicians and consumers to remotely diagnose and resolve complicated issues
• Review, modify, approve, or deny repair estimates that exceed initial dispatch limits

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as an in-home technician in HVAC
• Substantial knowledge of part procurement and diagnostic processes
• Demonstrated success in service operations focused on customer satisfaction
• Proven ability to manage in a rapidly changing, high-intensity business environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
