• Issue customer credit memos and debits as needed
• Research and resolve claim-related issues while communicating with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
• Experience handling multiple vendor lines and following standard operating procedures
• Ability to work independently and manage communications with various stakeholders
• Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons
