Key Responsibilities

• Submit eligible claims on vendor portals and adhere to vendor requirements
• Issue customer credit memos and debits as needed
• Research and resolve claim-related issues while tracking approved and denied claims

Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
• Experience handling multiple vendor lines and following standard operating procedures
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external parties
• Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons
