HVAC Warranty Claims Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the processing of HVAC warranty claims for multiple vendors, the full-time HVAC Warranty Claims Coordinator will manage claim submissions, issue customer credits, and resolve related issues while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Submitting eligible claims on various vendor portals while adhering to vendor rules and timelines
• Issuing customer credit memos and debits as needed, and tracking approved and denied claims
• Communicating daily with internal associates, external customers, and vendors to resolve claim-related issues

Required qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
• Experience handling multiple vendor lines and following standard operating procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in dealing with various stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
