HVDC Installation Supervisor

Job Summary

To support the growth of HVDC projects, the full-time HVDC Primary & Valve Installation Supervisor will oversee the installation of HVDC valves and associated systems, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards while coordinating with subcontractors and site management in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all installation activities comply with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
• Implement quality control measures and conduct inspections to verify adherence to quality standards
• Coordinate installation activities with site management and provide guidance to subcontractors

Required qualifications

• Technical education, preferably a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical or mechanical installation works in large-scale projects
• Experience in supervision or site management within substation, FACTS, or HVDC projects preferred
• Strong health and safety mindset aligned with international standards
• Proficient in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills
