HVDC Installation Supervisor

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote HVDC Installation Supervisor, the successful candidate will oversee the installation of HVDC Valves and Primary Equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards while coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams on large-scale projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure installation activities adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements
• Implement quality control measures and conduct inspections to verify compliance with standards
• Coordinate installation activities with site management and provide guidance to subcontractors

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in large-scale installation projects
• At least 3 years of experience in supervision or site management for HVDC, FACTS, or substation projects
• Strong understanding of health and safety standards with the ability to enforce safe work practices
• Proficient in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive mindset with the capability to recommend and implement corrective actions
