Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hybrid Loan Assistant/Processor.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Loan Officer with reviewing loan applications for accuracy and completeness
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance throughout the loan process
Review and submit qualified files to underwriting and maintain daily updates on the loan pipeline

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of residential lending experience in an upfront file setup role
Foundational understanding of government and conventional loan products
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Active NMLS license is a plus
Experience with non-agency, non-QM, and DPA programs is a plus
