Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hybrid Processor to manage insurance documentation processing remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform timely and accurate data entry of insurance documentation to meet loan requirements
  • Provide customer service by answering calls and assisting customers and agents with insurance documentation
  • Educate customers on necessary documentation for their loan agreements and process transactions accordingly
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: At least one year of Property and Casualty insurance or insurance agency experience
  • Preferred: At least one year of call center experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
