Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hybrid Processor responsible for processing insurance documentation and providing customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Field inbound and outbound calls to customers and insurance agents while delivering exceptional customer service
• Accurately enter and validate data to update loan records and match insurance documents
• Participate in training sessions and collaborate on special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to type a minimum of 32 WPM
• Willingness to attend educational classes as needed
