Managing a portfolio of subscription renewals, the full-time Hybrid SaaS Renewal Representative will engage customers to drive on-time renewals and expansion while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive on-time renewals and upsell opportunities for a portfolio of subscription accounts
  • Engage with customers to scope environments and present renewal options
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in Salesforce
Required qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in renewals, inside sales, or a related customer-facing sales role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM and sales enablement tools
  • Familiarity with subscription-based sales motions and pipeline management
  • Strong organizational skills with a results-driven mindset
