Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of subscription renewals, the full-time Hybrid SaaS Renewal Representative will engage customers to drive on-time renewals and expansion while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive on-time renewals and upsell opportunities for a portfolio of subscription accounts
- Engage with customers to scope environments and present renewal options
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in Salesforce
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in renewals, inside sales, or a related customer-facing sales role
- Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously
- Experience using Salesforce CRM and sales enablement tools
- Familiarity with subscription-based sales motions and pipeline management
- Strong organizational skills with a results-driven mindset
