Hydrologic Engineer EIT/PE

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hydrologic Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients on project requirements and technical specifications
• Apply scientific principles to hydrologic/hydraulic modeling and inundation mapping
• Manage concurrent projects with varying complexity and delivery schedules

Required Qualifications

• EIT or PE designation, or the ability to obtain
• Preferred minimum of 2 years of work experience
• BS in civil/environmental/agricultural engineering or a closely related field with specialization in water resources, hydrology, or hydraulics
• Experience with distributed hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, such as HEC-RAS or Innovyze/ICM
• Experience using weather radar and rain/stream gauge measurements in model calibration is a plus
