Job Summary

Focusing on the design and analysis of hygienist compensation programs, the full-time HYG Compensation Specialist will manage data-driven insights, collaborate with various teams, and support compensation strategies to enhance attraction and retention of hygienists in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a focus on hygienist compensation and rewards, collaborating with myHR teams to integrate data and develop actionable insights
  • Collect and analyze market compensation data to ensure competitive pay practices and support workforce planning
  • Develop and deliver clear reporting for HR and leadership, translating complex data into understandable summaries for decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of compensation or human resources experience, particularly with hourly or broad-based pay programs
  • Experience with HRIS and compensation systems such as UKG, Workday, and MarketPay/PayFactors
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Solid understanding of compensation methodologies and salary structures
