Hygiene Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Hygiene Recruiter will manage the applicant lifecycle, build relationships with dental offices, and coordinate recruitment events while sourcing candidates for hygienist positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and assist in the applicant lifecycle from sourcing to offer letter
• Coordinate and attend career fairs and other recruitment events
• Build a pipeline of passive candidates through networking and referrals

Required qualifications

• Two or more years of recruiting experience required
• Minimum two years of experience working with an ATS
• Experience sourcing passive candidates for at least two years
• Strong computer skills, with familiarity with iCIMS or comparable ATS preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
