Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Hyperscale Account Manager, the full-time remote position will manage client relationships, drive operational execution, and oversee financial reporting for a key hyperscale account.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and facilitate alignment meetings across internal teams
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate processing of client assets and investigate discrepancies
- Interpret client Master Services Agreements and oversee project scoping and third-party vendor management
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in account management and client relationship oversight
- Strong capability to interpret commercial contracts and manage project invoicing
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong time management abilities
- A Bachelor's degree is strongly encouraged
- Proficiency with business software tools and willingness to travel within the United States
