Job Summary
Leading a nationwide Homeland Security Contract, the full-time I-9 Audit Manager will manage compliance reviews, oversee contractor personnel, and ensure adherence to federal requirements while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government COR and program officials on all contract matters
- Manage contractor personnel supporting Form I-9 audits and worksite enforcement across multiple locations
- Provide leadership and performance management for Junior Compliance Officers and contract staff
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Policy, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a similar field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with an advanced degree or 15 years with a bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience managing personnel, projects, and federal contract operations
- Direct experience supporting DHS, ICE, and HSI I-9 Audit
- Extensive knowledge of Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification requirements and federal audit processes
