Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist II, I-9 Compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle the I-9 process for new hires in a timely and customer-focused manner
  • Meet federal guidelines with the I-9 process
  • Schedule and complete I-9 appointments with new hires
Required Qualifications
  • Typically requires 2 years of experience in Human Resources or 6 years in customer service
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Compliance, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience with hiring/onboarding new hires is a plus
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and human capital management systems
  • Ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of transactions and cases
