- Provide client support for inquiries and usage guidance through various communication channels
- Manage E-Verify submissions and resolve compliance issues while ensuring program adherence
- Participate in assigned projects and assist with technical troubleshooting and system updates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of I-9 Help Desk / Service Desk or volume processing experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
