I and C Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an I&C System Design Engineer to support advanced nuclear programs through the design and integration of instrumentation and control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design of I&C and supporting electrical systems from functional requirements to final design
• Develop and review specifications, system design descriptions, and engineering drawings
• Support integration of I&C systems with other engineering disciplines and provide technical oversight for suppliers

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or higher in Electrical, Controls, or related engineering discipline
• 6+ years of experience in I&C system design, development, or implementation
• Experience with industrial or nuclear I&C platforms and familiarity with relevant design and quality standards
• Prior experience designing or operating high-temperature systems preferred
• Experience using AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, or SolidWorks preferred
