Job Summary

A company is looking for a I O Psychology Core Faculty Member.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and interact with students within the university's learning management system
• Oversee faculty workload and course reviews
• Coordinate and lead faculty meetings and perform administrative duties

Required Qualifications:

• Earned doctorate in I/O Psychology or closely related field
• Two or more years of teaching experience at the graduate/doctoral degree level
• Significant record of intellectual and professional contributions to the field
• Commitment to advocating for the learning and development needs of students in a distance learning environment
• Experience with distance learning preferred
