Job Summary

A company is looking for an I/S Team Lead for a remote position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the team focusing on system maintenance and development
Assign, monitor, and review work progress, provide staff management oversight, and conduct performance reviews
Ensure adherence to policies, plans, budgets, and staffing allocations, and track team-level project details

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent work experience
5 years of experience in information technology, systems maintenance, and programming
Expert working knowledge of at least one programming language and/or enterprise system
Experience programming in C# and familiarity with SQL Server
Comfortable mentoring staff and willing to provide on-call support on a rotational basis
