Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Relationship Manager who will support Business Development Executives in servicing and developing P&C insurance programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed assigned production goals and manage existing member accounts
• Coordinate sales and retention activities with Business Development Executives
• Provide timely coverage analysis and insurance proposals to members

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of related experience, or an Associate's Degree with 1 year of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree
• Possess Property, Casualty, Life & Health licenses or obtain within 60 days of hire
• Demonstrated knowledge of insurance principles and practices
• Ability to build relationships and conduct business within assigned territories
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work
