Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Employee Benefits Consultant - Voluntary Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Build consulting relationships with employee benefit broker partners and agents to ensure profitable growth
• Consult with producers to enhance their business and develop new opportunities
• Identify and develop new consulting relationships to meet or exceed production goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Life & health licensing required (must obtain if not currently licensed)
• Minimum 5 years' experience selling voluntary benefits
• An established broker network within the defined territory is required
• Ability to travel 3 days per week on average throughout the territory
• Must be based out of Nebraska, Iowa, or Kansas City, KS
