IAM Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IAM Administrator responsible for supporting Microsoft Azure Multi-Factor Authentication and managing digital identities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) support for over 150k users, including troubleshooting and enrollment assistance
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls while implementing IAM solutions in both on-premises and cloud environments
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to enhance the institution's IAM security posture and respond to security incidents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Three years of experience in identity and access management or a related field
• Solid understanding of Windows OS and mobile devices
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure MFA
• Knowledge of security policies and compliance standards
