IAM Application Analyst

Job Summary

To support IAM transformation initiatives, the contract IAM Application Analyst will work remotely to elicit application onboarding requirements, perform data analysis, and ensure compliance with IAM governance structures while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex analysis and facilitate understanding of IAM capabilities among stakeholders
• Gather requirements for application onboarding and create test cases to ensure completeness
• Support the transition to new IAM capabilities across various domains and maintain a strong security posture

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Information Systems Analytics or Application Requirements Gathering for IGA products
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• Extensive experience in IT solution creation and delivery with a focus on business intelligence
• Expert research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
• Advanced skills in communication and relationship building across all organizational levels
