IAM Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time IAM Architect will design, deploy, configure, and implement Identity Governance solutions while providing technical oversight and guidance to engineering teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of IGA solutions and integrate them with critical enterprise applications and infrastructure
• Provide direction and mentorship to mid-level and junior Engineers while creating comprehensive design and testing documentation
• Assist sales teams with technical pre-sales support, including creating proofs of concept and addressing customer objections

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience at a Senior Consultant level focusing on Identity Governance product design and deployment
• Domain expertise in User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, SQL, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and Unix Shell/Perl scripting
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
