Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for select products and processes
• Create and maintain complex business flow diagrams and ensure compliance with risk policies
• Collaborate with developers and testing resources to ensure solutions meet requirements and constraints

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, PowerBI, LeanIX, Splunk, Excel, Visio, and Zoom Whiteboard/Mural
• Thought leader in the identity space
• Experience with identity and access management concepts
• Understanding of multifactor authentication, single sign-on, and federation
