IAM Automation Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance identity and access management operations, the full-time remote IAM Automation Engineer will design and implement automation solutions, manage provisioning workflows, and support IAM technologies while ensuring secure access controls within the Phoenix, Arizona metro area.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automation scripts and workflows to streamline IAM operations
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning securely and efficiently
• Support and maintain identity and access controls across Active Directory, Azure, and hybrid environments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
• Experience with IAM tools and integration with HR systems
• One or more IAM/security certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
